Use of this site means you accept these terms. They are written to be read.
What this covers
These terms govern constructionrecon.com and the material published on it. Subscriptions to our intelligence products are governed by the separate agreement made when access is granted; where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins for subscribers.
What we publish, and what it is for
Our findings are business intelligence about construction projects and the companies working on them. They are provided for your business decisions, and they are not legal, financial, credit or investment advice. Construction moves fast: a finding is accurate as of the date shown on it, and we make no promise that it remains accurate afterward.
We work hard to be right and we will back any row on request, but we do not guarantee that every attribution is complete or error free. Decisions you make from our material are yours. If a row matters enough to bet on, ask us to back it first.
Using our material
- Yours to use in your work. Subscribers may use our material inside their own organization for their own business purposes.
- Not yours to resell. Do not republish, resell, sublicense or redistribute our material, in whole or in substantial part, or use it to build a competing data product.
- Quoting is welcome, with credit. Cite a reasonable extract with attribution to Construction Recon and a link to the page.
- No scraping or automated harvesting of this site beyond ordinary search and assistant crawling, which we welcome.
Everything on this site, including the text, design and the arrangement of our findings, belongs to us or our licensors.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or our material to break the law, to harass anyone, to interfere with the site's operation or security, or to identify or target individual workers. Do not misrepresent who you are when you contact us.
What you send us
When you send us a message or a correction, you are telling us it is yours to send and that we may use it to answer you and to improve our accuracy. We handle it as described in our privacy policy.
Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site. We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms. Links to other sites are for convenience and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, this site and its material are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law, and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and the courts of Ohio are the venue for any dispute. If we change these terms we will update the effective date above, and continuing to use the site means you accept the change. Questions go to larry@roadtrades.com.
